Grease and flour 2 round 9 ”molds or a round 9¨ or rectangular 13¨X9¨ mold
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Grate the Costatas
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves
Put the oil in a large bowl
Add the sugar gradually, beating quickly.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer until a pale color is obtained
Add the beaten eggs, orange juice and vanilla to the oil and sugar mixture.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture of oil, sugar and eggs. Mix so that everything is well combined.
Add the Costata and raisins. Mix well with a large spatula.
Pour into the chosen molds.
Cook for 60 to 65 min. in a rectangular mold.
Cook for 50 to 55 min. in round dishes.
Cool 20 min. before unmolding.
